The Criminals EP release show was the end of an era for us. It was our biggest show to date, and easily our most emotional. We spent two years working on a record and it was out into the world in a 60 minute set. Knowing that held such a surreal feeling.
It's hard growing up. We're documenting our adolescence as a coping mechanism & that's fundamentally what The Brocklebank is. It's a documentation of everything we have been, everything we still are & everything we're becoming.
Approaching the release of our debut EP, we don't really know how to feel. It's overwhelmingly exciting. There's something quite unsettling about putting your work out into the world when it's been such a personal possession for a very long time.
